We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you need to return an item, you’re in the right place.

The first step is to speak to our Technical Department, explain what is wrong with your order and we’ll see if we can fix it before having to return the product.

Ordered Online, Over the Phone?

If you’ve placed an order over the phone with one of the sales team, simple download our returns form, fill it in and email it back to us to begin the returns process. Once we’ve received the return request you will receive an email to let you know that your return is being processed and someone from our team will be in touch.


How long have you got?

You have 14 days from placing your order to return an item to us. We do not accept returns on items that have been installed but we will offer a replacement for a faulty item.

All items returned to us will only be issued a full refund if it is received with it’s full, original packaging and falls within the outlined timeframe. Before we issue a refund we reserve the right to have the goods inspected by our in-house technician prior to replacement or refund.
